Well Folks there you have it...Issue 2. I hope everyone enjoyed this issue. My goal was to out-do the first issue and I really hope that is what I accomplished. I want to thank EVERYONE who helped from just advice down to submitting articles. I also want to thank URCT for allowing me the chance to build this paper for you all.
